Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The date printed on this receipt will be considered the official start date of the warranty’s lifetime, which will end on the indicated end date.
- All products sold by LZ Cybersecurity and Technologies Corporation come with a warranty period that aligns with the manufacturer’s recommendations, unless otherwise specified. However, the warranty does not cover the following:
1. External batteries – 3 months
2. Software – No Warranty
3. Power banks, charges, adaptors – No Warranty
4. Sale items/Free items/ Promo items/ cables/ Accessories – No Warranty - Extension of warranties offered by the manufacturer of the product has its own
terms and requires the customer to register their product online.

Warranty does not cover the following
- All physical damages, including but not limited to overclocking, bent pins, melted wires, corrosion, damages incurred during transport by the client, water damage, and damages caused by a natural disaster.
- Usage of a Generic Power Supply voids the warranty of the whole system
- Products with altered, defaced, missing, or damaged serial numbers, serial number stickers, warranty stickers, or any alteration, modification, or repairs made by a third party
- Loss of data
- Free or promotional items
- Use of unauthorized inks or continuous inks

For Warranty Claims and Process
- Please present defective items along with this receipt to an LZ Cybersecurity technician for diagnosis.
- For lost receipts, you can request a new one by sending an email to info@lzcybersecurity.com. Please note that there is a 100 peso charge for issuing a new receipt.
- Under warranty, defective items must be returned to the supplier or manufacturer. Always return defective items in their complete boxes and original packaging, including all accessories.
- If a defective item under warranty has no available replacement, the customer may be eligible for an upgrade. However, the customer will have to pay the difference in price between the upgraded and older models. The warranty on the replacement/upgraded item will be the same as the warranty on the defective item.
- Customers will be notified when the replacement item is ready for pickup within 60 days. Once notified, customers will have a 30-day grace period to claim the warranted item. When claiming upgraded items, please return the original boxes, accessories, DVDs, USBs, etc., of the warrantied item. A storage fee of 100 pesos per day will be charged for each day past the 30-day grace period. Items unclaimed after 45 days will be forfeited.
- Always keep your receipt, along with the original box and packaging, in case you need to make a warranty claim.
- Corporate clients and consumers who purchased laptops, desktops, or servers at the standard retail price are eligible for a one-year on-site warranty. To receive warranty service or inquire about our services, please contact us at info@lzcybersecurity.com.
